Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wedding Fit, a wedding-day fitness service provided by Figlabs Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. About Wedding Fit

Wedding Fit is a digital fitness service that builds a personalised workout programme around your wedding date. It includes the onboarding quiz, the generated plan, daily workout content, progress tracking, and supporting emails. It is delivered entirely through the web at weddingfit.app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Wedding Fit. By using the service you confirm both. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account

You can create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that takes place under it. Please notify us immediately at hello@weddingfit.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. The service we provide

• A personalised workout plan generated from your onboarding answers, spanning from sign-up through your wedding day.
• Access to your plan from the date of purchase, available at any time through your account on weddingfit.app.
• Optional daily-reminder emails, weekly progress notifications, and plan-completion notifications (you control these from the You tab in the app).
• We may add, modify, or remove features over time to improve the service.

5. One-time payment

Wedding Fit is a one-time purchase of £49 GBP. Once paid, your plan is yours to keep through your wedding day and beyond. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

6. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Wedding Fit isn't the right fit, email us at hello@weddingfit.app within 14 days of your purchaseand we'll process a full refund — no questions, no friction. Refunds typically reach your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Health and medical disclaimer

Wedding Fit is a fitness product, not a medical service. The content is general information, not personalised medical or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have any existing medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or you're taking medication that affects your ability to exercise.

Exercise carries inherent risks of injury. By using Wedding Fit you acknowledge those risks and agree to exercise within your own limits. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other warning sign, and seek medical attention.

We do not warrant that following the plan will achieve any specific weight, body composition, or fitness outcome. Results depend on individual circumstances including consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics, and existing fitness baseline — most of which are outside the scope of the service.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Share your account credentials with anyone else, or attempt to access another user's account.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, or republish our plan content, workout descriptions, or exercise videos to anyone else.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source data from the service.
• Use the service to harass, harm, defame, or impersonate any person.
• Introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you're in breach of these acceptable-use rules.

9. Intellectual property

All plan content, workout instructions, exercise videos, brand assets, copy, and design are the intellectual property of Figlabs Limited and our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your own training only, for as long as your account remains in good standing.

Anything you submit to us — feedback, suggestions, ideas — is given on a non-confidential basis; we're free to use it without attribution or compensation.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, fix issues, or update infrastructure that temporarily affects the service. We'll do our best to schedule any planned downtime outside peak training hours.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

Wedding Fit is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses; loss of profit, business, or opportunity; or loss of data — even if we were aware of the possibility.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@weddingfit.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where we're required to by law. On termination, your access to the service ends and we delete your identifying data within the timeframe set out in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that you, as a consumer, may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are habitually resident.
